Our room was right next to the pools, which were also great! The hotel is conveniently located close to the Kostenets waterfall, which is a very nice destination to visit. Booked room with spa bath, was given one without. We asked to change the rooms, and the staff immediately change them. No air conditioners. The pool was very cool.
