Both owners are extremely kind and always ready to help. Location is amazing on the market Street and 5 minutes walk from the beach. It's always clean,the room been cleaned every single day for our 7 day's stay in the hotel.

Excellent : location, room, facilities, staff (very helpful and polite), pool, bar, parking (30lv for the underground parking, with a designated spot and ample room to maneuver). The hotel is excellent, the location is perfect (50m to the beach, perfect for families with children). It is both close enough to the "hot" places, and at the same time - we had very quiet and comfortable sleep. The pool bar makes excellent cocktails. The staff - from front office , through bellhops and maids - are very helpful and polite.

Absolutely very nice Villa, everything is new, well thought, the area is perfect and beautiful. The room size is enough, not too big, more like in hotels, but everything works well. We like the inside Villa Garage which is perfect for the car in summer. Also the pool with heated water was just amazing. Breakfast was good, maybe not great, but this is Villa and not a big hotel. As for the area - it is a walking distance from the Centre, but you need to pass some road w/o lights, so we used the car anyway.

    Spacious rooms(we had a family room), breakfast buffet very rich with fresh local food as well! Special relax area in the swimming pool where children were not allowed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Location is great - 50m from the central beach and 5 min walk from the Lozenets center.

    Super clean, great breakfast, wonderful facilities, very close to the beach. The young man at the reception always welcomed us with a smile and was very genuine and kind. Also, the massages at the spa center were very pleasant and relaxing.

    Facilities and location are great. Perfect for family's with children but also couples. Clean and tidy comfortable rooms wich get cleaned every day. Villas are positioned very well also plenty of green space and dedicated children playground. I strongly recommend the EM villa for comfortable and relaxing family holiday. Will book again
