**Review:** Our stay here was excellent. The rooms were clean and everything felt new. The breakfast included in the price was very good. They also offer a dinner menu and provide drinks and snacks if needed. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute drive to the chairlift to Rila Lakes. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming.

    This family owned hotel is very charming. We decided to stay here because of its location next to the 7 lakes hike. It met our expectations for the conviennent location but also surprised us with an amazing customer service, a rich and tasty breakfast and restaurant for the evening. The price is really low for all the amnesties included ( jacuzzi and spa). There is also plenty of space for parking which is convenient. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at villa ema and will come back for sure.

    I loved the location. It is close to the lift for the seven Rila lakes . Rooms are good size and well decorated. Bathroom is specious . Breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a small but good spa corner. Overall our stay was very good.

    Great location close to Rila chair lifts, spa and pool area very relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, friendly staff and generally very comfortable.

    The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was a newly built place witih spotless rooms and bathrooms. The little jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great, although we weren’t too sure about the effect of the salt room. Nevertheless, they were great for relaxing after the day. A tiny issue with the booking was sorted out efficiently and without any fuss by the person on the front desk - a very positive attitude.
