Great location, great house and had everything we need. It was hard for us to find the parking area, but we managed to phone the host to pin us a location on google map. Host also was English speaking. We found the parking area and the host greeted us kindly. The location was perfect, 15min walk to all the sight seeing locations and house was top notch and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had parking space readily available for us. The spa was small but also clean and it had everything. I never had to even get in my car during my stay as the location was near every place worth visiting. This place is perfect if you want to explore the old town and have a relaxing holiday.

I was very pleasently sursprised by the whole experience of the hotel - the staff was very polite and friendly, the swimming pool area was a very nice relaxing zone, and the view from the room was amazing (5th floor, 9A). The hotel is located within minutes to numerous shops and restaurants, and the old part of the city.

In this apartment, the rest was successful. Ms. Snezhana and her team took care of it. When we had any questions, they were happy to help us. The room was clean and comfortable, no problems. The location is good. 5-10 minutes to the castle. There are many churches in the old quarter nearby. The train station is 30-40 minutes on foot, you can also get there by bus. There are two bus stations in the city connected by bus routes.

    I liked everything very much. The price I paid is low compared to what is offered in terms of quality. The level of this hotel is high, the setting, the amenities are wonderful. I really liked the SPA Center, as well as the room itself with a terrace. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and everything was very clean. The food was delicious. Reception helped me to visit all the sights in the city. The hotel is great with a top location and quality as well as extremely stylishly furnished.

    This place is great. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted very kindly. Reception was so luxurious and tastefully done and the room even more impressive. Comfortable and very clean. The spa had very warm and clean water. Steam bath and sauna, heated beds. The breakfast is traditional Bulgarian and delicious. Free parking and location to the biggest attractions.

    A unique hotel! Boutique and luxurious, exceptional staff smiling and kind. This place exceeded my expectations. I am impressed by the cleanliness, amenities and luxury. I have no complaints about anything, complete relaxation and enjoyment in the SPA Center. Nothing is missing in this place, view, parking, top location. The breakfast is great, tasty and fresh, the coffee strong espresso. Luxury, style and class is this hotel!

    The hotel was very small, quiet and overall nice.The room was extremely nice and clean,it was the same as what I booked.The SPA was small but very nice and you could really relax.The staff was very friendly and always helpful.The hotel was also very close to a lot of historic places and museums.The breakfast was delicious and I was impressed.I will love to come back to the town and definitely will love to stay here again.

    We are extremely happy with this place! Everything was great, service, conditions, food. Congratulations. We are very impressed by the rooms and the SPA Center - pool, jacuzzi, relaxation area. A steam room and sauna were also available. Designer rooms, very clean and luxurious. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. There were bathrobes and slippers available. The breakfast is abundant and very tasty. Perfect location is this boutique hotel!

    The hotel is beautiful. Large room with spa bath and amazing view from the room. Very clean and cozy. Everything is luxuriously furnished for five stars. Clean bathrooms with relaxing music in them. Unbelievable! This place is our favorite. Spa Center - great, breakfast hot and delicious! The best place in this city for us!

    The location is great, central and near the palace and the best restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious. We've loved the bathroom - the relaxing music, the lights and all the amenities were exquisit. We've also enjoyed the spa and sauna. Very good and diverse breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

    Great breakfast, polite staff. Everything is served with style. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom. The spa zone is romantic and cosy. The terrace on the rooftop has an amazing view to the city and the fortress.
