All staff are lovely, breakfast was delicious with lots of options including hot vegetarian options. All the rooms are very big, with tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave & a fridge/freezer. Bathrooms facilities are very nice with Dove branded toiletries.

The staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful. Even though I did not pay for breakfast, I was given the opportunity. A shuttle was arranged for the morning. The beds were very comfy.

The location was literally steps from the terminal. It was extremely convenient for me with a very early flight. I woke up and headed over to the checkin of my departure and it took about 10 minutes door to desk.
