Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was so lucky to have the room just for myself. Otherwise I might not be giving a good review because the beds are next to each other, just like if you are sleeping with that person. So that it would be a bit ackward if you dont know the person.... Amazing view, breakfast, good instalations, fireplace i would definitely go back. But i recomend go in low season, just like now. So no people. Or in a big group in occupy the whole room. You can walk like 15 mins and reach everywhere. Train station, etc. Or take a bus close by that pass each 20 mins.

It was one of the top hotels I've ever stayed in. Even though we stayed in the forest view room, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. You can even enjoy watching the wonderful view from the restaurant. The breakfast was great, there was even a fresh omelette service made especially for you. We enjoyed the hot pool every day. They were also very kind to take us from the train station to the hotel with a private shuttle. The employees were incredibly polite. everything was very good quality We will definitely go again. They deserve 100 point :)

    Great location in the heart of Grindelwald town. Fabulous view over the mountains and the Eiger in particular. The sauna and spa facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi, were excellent, spotless and well used by us. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast was superb - I could not fault it!

    Fabulous outlook to open the curtains in the morning to see the spectacular alps! Spacious room with large bathroom. Added bonus was the heated outdoor pool, it was magical relaxing in it at night time. Great breakfast spread too! Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Incredible location, well designed comfortable rooms, well catered breakfast and lovely spa! Incredible experience soaking in outdoor jacuzzi looking out onto the snow-capped mountains Staff were great too! Would recommend for sure.

    The Caprice is a hidden gem. A short walk above Grindelwald railway station the hotel is close enough to ALL transport systems but in a quiet spot. The rooms are clean and comfortable with new modern bathroom facilities. There is a wonderful view of the Eiger North Face from the balcony. The reception area doubles up as a cosy traditional lounge with a small bar. Plus the hotel has an ultra modern 5* spa with spa pool, sauna and steam rooms - Absolutely brilliant! Oh - and breakfast was great too😊

    Excellent swimming pool, jacuzzi and heated outdoor jacuzzi. Our room was a good size with a nice seating area, big bathroom and a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air and mountain views. It was all exceptionally clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly. We loved our welcome prosecco overlooking the mountains!
