It's always great when you're not in a generic hotel chain but at a place where people make some extra effort for handcrafted decoration, wellbeing of guests, local food and handmade gifts, own postcards... And an amazingly friendly staff, which is not that common in CZ! The price is unbelievable, you will rarely get this value for money in Europe. (Just the check-out could be an hour later, and a night check-in possible.)

Perfect spot! Clean, comfortabel and has everything you need. It was a great spot to discover this part of the country. The jacuzzi tub was a very nice welcome after a good hike and we as our dog very much enjoyed the balcony. Communication was very easy smooth and we had a nice welcoming drink waiting for us.

Our stay was perfect, we are happy with the apartment, which is like a new, cleanliness, the staff at the reception and restaurant was very friendly. Even when we run into some unexpected charges it was handled perfectly by the personnel, and this says a lot! I would definitely come back!

The two ladies working there were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make my stay nice. Even though there was a language barrier we made it work and I had a nice, quick dinner and a very lovely breakfast.

    Parking right in front of the hotel. It is street parking, but it has spacious parking spots and it's not a very busy street. Very friendly staff that recommended some nice places to go. Really recommend having the massage!!

    Large room with good facilities. Nice breakfast facilities. Great location in the centre of town. Friendly staff who spoke English. Lovely local produce which is used for breakfast and you can buy these to take home too. Large beds and clean bathroom. Towels changed each day if needed. Reasonably priced mini bar. This hotel is excellent value.

    A pleasant place to stay in the city center. Very good restaurant in-house. Friendly staff even when very busy. Our room was spacious with nice city view. Effective room blackouts. No pets allowed.

    We loved the location, within sight of CENTRAL JABLONEC and a few minutes away from the center. The room was very spacious, bright, well equipped and had a very large bathroom. The breakfast was very rich varieded and delicious. The full body oil massage was fantastic. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The wifi was excellent. My partner found the bed a bit too hard, for me it was excellent.
