We stayed for our first wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is great, the food is excellent and the rooms are amazing! We even got a free upgrade for our celebration! We were super welcome and felt like "home away from home" there! Besides, we traveled with our dog and it was super special, they prepared a bed for him, they added bowls for food and water in the room and he got lots of treats and petting from the staff! We would come back and recommend it to anyone!

This hotel stands directly beside Lake Ammersee and features its own private beach. All rooms offer free WiFi and a balcony or terrace. Dießen Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.

Staff was great. Starting with the porter, receptionist and the bartender. Really clean. Beds and linens are also super nice. If you travel with the dog it’s the place to stop in Munich. The hotel gave us all kind of treats for the pet and a wonderful dog bed. There a place in front of the hotel where you can play with your dog, gated by the way.

Location and transport links: 20-25 minutes to Munich HBF door to door. Amazing view south to the alps. Extremely well equipped and decorated, and spotlessly clean. Balcony. Hammock. Mood lighting. Disco jacuzzi bath. Coffee machine. Etc. and so forth. Ralf was an excellent host: nothing too much trouble, great recommendations and explained everything.
