In 40 years of travelling this team of staff must rate as the most personable, friendly and helpful we have had the pleasure to come across. Yes the hotel is in a great location, excellent standard and lovely views from the terrace but a lot of hotels could say that. What they can’t all offer is the level of happy service that this can. Best hotel we stayed in over 4 weeks of travelling.

Galapagos/ Santa Cruz is already a dream itself. We added in this dream this amazing structure/ room and we got treated by its owners so well. Breakfast is amazing, fresh bread makes the difference, and also where breaksfast is served is adding value to all senses! We got contacted before our arrival, which is something we appreciated as well! The swimming pool was nice, super clean and refreshing! Muchas Gracias!!!

Amazing new hotel right on the water We took a chance on this new hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, the pool is wonderful, tastefully decorated, and very helpful staff. The wifi was solid, which was great as on this remote Island often is is very slow. This allowed me to get some(not much;) work done. The sea life was such a special part for us as we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. The staff let us know the restaurant is not open yet, but told us it will be in a couple of months. They do provide a great breakfast at the hotel across the street. The tours they recommended were excellent! Overall a great hotel that we would come back to on this beautiful Island. Thanks!Read Less Pool, cocktails, sea life, view, proximity to the pier and all Galapagos has to offer.

Beautiful building, spacious rooms, lovely pool area and very attentive and friendly staff. Stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time - it was everything we had wanted after finishing a 7 day trip exploring the islands. Special highlight was spotting sharks from the pool area and the marine iguanas sheltering under sun-beds. A really luxurious hotel to wind down in.
