Warm welcoming from the whole staff. We had our other nights in another famous hotel which was not so good as this. The stay here saved our holidays. Nice restaurant choice. Ahmed Salah was a very good welcoming host and wanted to stay in touch to see if everything was okay.

A resort with a large area; Multiple nice coral reefs for snorkeling; free minibar. The Makadi Spa clients can use facilities of fellow hotels around, including the beach and restaurants. Special thanks to butler Hanna. He accompanied us during our stay. We departed for the airport early in the morning, no Uber responded at the beginning, Hanna even got ready to drive us (fortunately a Uber came finally), and thus remember to reserve a taxi if you plan early departure.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!

Everything was awesome, from check-in to accessible areas. Everywhere was clean. The kids' club was awesome. Babysitting service is easy and great. Sometimes, travelling solo with a kid can be tricky, but here at Sunrise Mamlouk, it was a breeze thanks to the wonderful setup and professional staff. They did their job with no prejudice. The evening entertainment was really cool. The food was so great at the international a la carte that I almost forgot to try the speciality restaurants. Other speciality restaurants were included in the all-inclusive and just needs reservations. The restaurant had a kids' corner, which I discovered late, but it had fresh, well-made baby purees and caters to kids (younger and older). My kid enjoyed the constant access to fresh juice in restaurants and pool bars. This was great given the hot weather. The place felt very secure. I would definitely go back 🥰

    Absolutely brilliant. We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room with the honeymoon package for our honeymoon and we’re upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and very very spacious staff were really nice and the resort itself is very clean and well thought out. I would definitely be back.

    Lobby area. Beach is one of the best in Hurghada I really recommend! Sun loungers were very comfortable! Food was good. Staff were very good. Internet is working perfectly in all resort area. We got free upgrade to Chalets which were amazing. The room was very big and spacious, same as balcony. We had side sea view. Big bathroom. I recommend going to massage, it was perfect.

    The Hotel Spa offers something for every holidaymaker! Specialties from a wide range of themed restaurants. Relax by the pool or private beach. The rooms are well equipped, although the bathrooms are a bit old. Many thanks to Mr. HANNA who took care of all our wishes. We felt very comfortable again.
