What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Akassia Swiss Resort in Marsa Alam – El Quseir and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr.Hosni Abdel Magied, the guest relation manager, an extremely professional and attentive person, ensuring that all our needs were met and that my stay was as comfortable as possible.He went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience and all of our group of four truly appreciate his efforts. The resort is situated in a stunning location, right on the Red Sea, with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The crystal-clear waters were perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. The beach was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed lounging on the sand and soaking up the sun, as well as near the heated pool in the vicinity of the Pool bar, where we enjoyed the fantastic cocktails expertly crafted.The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the sea from our beds, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay enjoyable.Every day we came back from the sun bathing we were welcomed by very nice towel ornaments decorated with flowers and purple basil. What a wonderful scent! The food was absolutely delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit all tastes and the restaurant`s location by the Red Sea made for some of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. We enjoyed local and international cuisine, many types of grilled food, fruits, mouth-wattering deserts, accompanied by a large variety of soft and alchoholic beverages.But what really made my stay at Akassia Swiss Resort so special was the staff. I cannot helped myself not to mention Said, the most friendly and hospitable waiter always eager to assist with anything we needed Overall,our stay at Akassia Swiss Resort was exceptional!

We will have only good memories from this stay! We love this hotel! This was our second time at this hotel and as always everything was great! Since last year the hotel has been refurbished, common areas and rooms. Luxurious rooms, incredibly comfortable beds. Worth paying for the sea view. Delicious food in the restaurant. When I reported to the cooks that I had allergies and special dietary needs, they took great care of me and helped me choose food every day. Staff and Guest Relations do everything to make your stay an unforgettable experience full of good memories. A wonderful, sandy beach by the hotel and the most beautiful coral reef I've ever seen in Egypt. I recommend going on a camel or horseback tour. It is also worth seeing the Abu Dabbab beach where turtles live in the area. See you soon! We will be back in a few months :)

exceptional comfort - that’s what makes this hotel different. from the spacious clean rooms and beautiful gardens created in almost deadly desert to incredible reef full of billions forms of life and of course the hotel’s crew. their attentiveness, care and support are highly appreciated. kitchen is stunning. everyday they have fish, seafood, lamb. all the European classics and impressive Middle East hits. even coffee in the morning was the true one, not the brown water that is usually served in hotels for free. the pastry chef deserves deafening applauses for his desire to surprise not even everyday but every breakfast (oh, that brioches à la crème), lunch (chocolate fondant please) and dinner (divine baklava interpretations). if you’re into desserts just fasten your seatbelts. the beach is amazingly free. there are people but somehow it’s organised the way which makes you feel like you’re bronzing there alone. what’s more important there is 132m pierce that leads right to the blue sea above the reef. but if it’s windy you could swim in coral lagoons right near the shore. I was lucky enough to have been everywhere in Egyptian Red Sea resorts before, but such amazing reef with huge - man’s head shells and apricot sized hermit crabs walking all around I saw for the first time. the hotel is very quiet, there no discos till the break of dawn, but this tranquility is healing. so u better take your snorkelling mask and flippers rather than dancing outfit. there’s one thing left mystery aftertaste-on some windy nights right before midnight green light flashes could be seen from the shore in the surf line of the sea. somebody supposed it was some sort of squid but not for sure. feels like the mystery needs to be revealed.

The staff are very friendly and always provide assistance to us and they are smiling and they were always at our service so I give them my thanks especially to the esteemed Mr. Ali Mostafa as well as my special thanks to Mr. Harbi Mohamed the manager of the restaurant who does his best for the comfort of customers and for his extreme humility so whenever we enter the restaurant during meals we find it a flame of activity And follow-up to each customer until he comes out happy, in addition to the beautiful variety of types of food, which meets the desire of all nationalities of the existing customers, opening a special one for him.

The location right on the hotel‘s own beach, the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff and its appreciative treatment among themselves and with the guests including the hotel manager, who is very empathic, perceiving and treating each guest as an individual, while maintaining the necessary distance in any case, the peaceful atmosphere, the big, high-quality Egyptian breakfast, the incredible effort of the whole team, to read every wish from your eyes and to find quick solutions. The city can be reached on foot within a quarter of an hour, partly along the beach and if you want to, you can book individual trips with the hotel‘s own driver. Dear Dolphin-Continental-Hotel-Team, thank you for all! This was by far the most beautiful holiday in Egypt of my life, counting the days until I come back.

Loved the position of the room with sea view! Food was very good we had no problems! Staff in restaurant was very careful with me and my baby as we were travelling alone. They took care of us! Good diving center and welcoming people! See you next time!

It was out 3d stay in Utopia Beach club and we will be coming back. Everything was perfect, beautiful beach, nice people, great food… what else can one wish for right? ☺️
