I am a regular customer of this hotel I have been at this hotel also a couple of times in the past and I always choose this hotel in Aswan because if it's great location. Certainly! Here’s a rephrased version of your text: "This time, I was thrilled to stay in a room on the fifth floor in the renovated section of the hotel. The room was brand new, and I was delighted with the updated facilities. I'm incredibly glad I chose to stay here. The hotel is in a spectacular location. My room had a direct view to Philae Temple. So much light - the room was mostly glass walls looking out over the water. I had not just a huge balcony but my own private little heated pool with jets at one end. The sunrise and sunset were amazing. The decor in the room was charming. The bed was very comfortable, The shower had great pressure and nice, hot, water. The staff were great. They couldn't do enough for me. Everything was spotless. The food was great, the menu had a lot of variety. I was a little concerned when I arrived and realised I had to get a boat back and forth to the mainland for my tours, but the boat was always there as soon as I expressed a need to get going. And it was always waiting for me when I got back, sometimes before I even called for it. I wish I could stay forever. I will certainly be back if I am ever in Aswan again. In fact, I might come back, just for the hotel.

The resort is located a bit far but easily reached by a free tuk tuk provided by the resort. Having said that it’s location has the most breathtaking views. The resort is very well maintained, beautifully built and complimented by it’s decor and vibrant colours. Breakfast and dinner was of good quality and we truly loved having dinner overlooking an incredible view. The pool is a plus to the resort and we happen to use it alot.Last but not least the staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Abdull Sad,Tarak and all the rest whom we happen to meet while on our stay . Hoping to see you again someday.

We book a room at this hotel for one night stay prior our Nile Cruise. Our flight arrival time was 8:30 a.m. and I had ask the hotel if they had a storage room were we could leave our luggage while our room became available. The hotel reply was quick and accommodating. To our surprise, once we arrived at the hotel, they had a room ready for us. We were so exhausted and happy to find a place to lay our head. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The host was extremely warm and patient. We had an issue with the payment as they didn't have machine to accept card and we didn't have cash. He was patient with us to work out situation through bank transfer. Staff is very nice and considerate. They packed us a breakfast bag since we had a tour at 4 am in morning!

Great place in Aswan, we stayed 4 nights in the apartment. The apartment provides all the stuff is you need, like washing machine, clean towers. Clean and beautiful apartment. And it is easy to call the car and go to various viewpoints, around 15 mins from city centre. Mohammed is really helpful and nice, even we arrived Aswan at midnight 2 am. He still waiting for us and help us carry luggage. Highly recommended.

The hotel and room was impeccable and very comfortable. We did not expect the amazing view and the closeness to the Nile River. There were a lot of food options for the breakfast buffet and their dinner blew us away. The best part about our stay was the support from the guest relations team. Prior to our trip, the guest relations team provided us with very prompt and helpful communication that helped us plan our time in Aswan. The whole booking process was easy and seamless. They helped us organized our transportation from the airport, our last minute day trip to the Temple Philae and the souk, and even provided us information on getting train tickets. ELagia, the Guest Relations Manager was available to us all the time. We felt like we were very well taken care during the entire time. The hospitality of the staff was superb. The location is further out from the city centre, but it was a positive because we got to experience the serenity away from the crowds. I would definitely this place to anyone, everyone.

I like the staff All are kindly and did the beopst to make my time much more comfortable and enjoyable. The foods It is amazing and healthy. As a nobian hotel, it was very clean and all comforts. Before I chose Achertod, I read a prejudiced review. Actually, it was confusing. Many local friends advised me to go to Achertod and only one bad review. Thanks good, I had the best and most ama6zing stay in Aswan.
