Breakfast and dinner were very good and there was a huge selection to choose from. Mind that if you are staying for a whole week though, even this huge selection can feel repetitive as it is mostly the same every day. Fresh juices are simply amazing! I never had lunch at the hotel, so don't know about that part. In fact, I only booked room + breakfast, which gives you the option to stay for lunch / dinner every day and pay separately at check-out OR try other restaurants for example in Sharm El Sheikh. Mind that this resort is in Nabq, about 30 km from Sharm El Sheikh Old Market. Taxi will cost about 8-23 USD depending on where and how you take it, but there are minibuses traveling the distance regularly for a fracture of that price, paid with EGP in cash to the driver. The resort is spacious, clean, has several swimming pools with perfect water temperature. One of them is only for adults and a good place for relaxation. The others are very children-friendly and even have several fun programmes for families. You can also find gym, concert stage, kids' playground, tennis courts, 5 a la carte restaurants, several music shows etc. If you need help, you will feel you are important and they are happy to help. They often remember previous discussions with you, at least during off-season like in my case, when the amount of tourists is obviously less. When I booked, Booking.com offered a free airport pickup which I misunderstood and thought was from the hotel. The hotel accidentally confirmed the free airport pickup and as a result of this misunderstanding they first tried to charge the price of the transfer. After discussing what happened, they were happy to provide the airport transfer for free and even dropped me off to the airport at departure also free of charge.

Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!

I recently stayed at the Charmillion Hotel Aqua Park from February 8th to 16th, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s facilities, services, and especially the staff made our stay truly special. I would like to take a moment to personally thank and highlight some of the incredible team members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. First, a huge thank you to Hussam Ramzy in the restaurant for his exceptional guidance and attentiveness. He took great care to understand our family’s allergies and dietary preferences, ensuring we had a safe and enjoyable dining experience. His kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. At the reception, Andrew stood out for his proactive and attentive approach. He listened carefully to our requests and ensured all our needs were met promptly. His dedication and cheerful attitude made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mohamad Tharwat and Mahmoud Majdy from the catering service for their excellent service and attention to detail. They consistently delivered top-notch service with a smile, making our dining experiences even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Moustafa Shahin, the luggage porter, for his assistance and warm hospitality. He was always ready to help and made our transitions smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, I’d like to acknowledge Mr. Maher at the reception for his professionalism and support during our stay. His efforts contributed significantly to making our experience seamless and enjoyable. Lastly, a big shoutout to the lifeguards at the aqua park.     Staff cannot do enough for you. Complimentary upgrade to Posh Club Jacuzzi Room. Adults only pool area for peace and R&R (when not in the jacuzzi). Excellent variety of food. Indian and Mongolian restaurants are a must but book early the day before. Shopping trip to Old Market in the evening is a must and also a visit to Farsha Mountain Lounge/Cafe. Both only 10min by taxi.

    We just returned last night from an exceptional and relaxing vacation at the Cleopatra 16+ resort. The staff was very attentive, always smiling they made sure we had everything we need. We had a great time, the resort is very spacious and has several pools to enjoy. Also we go pampered with the best massages everrrrr at the Cleo spa and Mr. Samir took the time to make sure we enjoy every aspect of the facility. It was above our expectations! Thank you all for making this a remarkable vacation for us.. can't wait to return!!♡

    Terrific spot at the quiet end of Na’ama Bay with great coral in the swimming area so you could see shoals of damselfish as well as large parrotfish, surgeonfish, lion fish etc. So exciting on our first day. Good swimming pool with pool bar. Great restaurant choices. Our rooms were in a great position in the main building with a view of the sea. Always space on the Sun loungers. Room was spotless, bathroom too. We had an interconnecting room with our sons’ room which was perfect. Staff lovely at reception and by the sea.

    Access to the Royal Club meant fantastic service, great breakfast and a lovely private pool. The staff in the Club were first class. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. The bedroom was very spacious, plenty of storage and the bathroom was great with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. The bus around the resort worked very well. We wouldn't have enjoyed anywhere near as much without the Club access.

    we liked everything about the property. This property is for families/people who want to be away from noise of aqua parks and spend quality time relaxing. staff was good right from the time we entered until we checked out. Omer at reception was exceptional but to be fair I didn’t interact much with others in the reception but whatever interaction I had with others was good too. The swimming pools are nicely spread and indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi in the spa is an added bonus.
