The location, the food & Staff. When we booked, there were no pool view apartments available, which is very important for my wife, and it was the 29th wedding anniversary. I spoke with the hotel before we went & they sorted it out for us and at no extra charge, although I was willing to pay. They even gave us a bottle of bubbles. I can't thank them enough, and I can recommend everything. Are long leisurely breakfast on the terrace each morning is another thing we always go back for, just so relaxing.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful even to me and my exceptionally bad and potentially offensive Spanish...They gave us a very warm welcome and awesome recommendations for restaurants and activities. The children had a blast. They are already planning the next stay. Lol

The apartment is lovely, has everything you need, it was very clean and comfortable. More spacious that it appears it photos. Lots of parking on street. Location was perfect for us, short drive to fabulous beaches. Close to shops too, would definitely stay again.
