I liked this hotel very much. The room were big and beds was very comfy. Good breakfast served at the hotel and the pool area was nice. Friendly staff working in the reception. Location very close to bus stop, beach and supermarket. Also just a short walk to Arguineguin and harbour.

Spacious apartment, that had everything for comfortable stay. Staff were kind,professional and so helpful. We never went to restaurant but pool bar and breakfast bar service was exceptional. Virtual reception- something i never experienced before was never an issue, there was always someone answering the text. To be honest I found that convenient. Everything was just wow, high class. And not to mention the views! Already looking forward visit again.

Everything. This place is just like Heaven, but there are so many hidden pleasures that you will feel guilty. The art, the outstanding decoration, the neverending flow of positive energy from the staff, the tranquility of the yakuzzi and swimming pools... it all creates an atmosphere of elevation and greatness that is hardly matched even by the other 5 stars hotels in the southwestern area of Meloneras. A must stay!

This is one of the best self catering properties that I have ever stayed in, during my extensive travels - high quality furniture, fittings and appliances; hotel grade quality bedding and towels; exceptionally clean. The added bonus is the quaint terrace/garden area (overlooking the pool, although secluded enough to provide privacy to enjoy the luxurious hot tub/jacuzzi). It took approximately 10-15 minutes to walk to the centre of Playa del Ingles and a total of 25 minutes to walk to the beach. The host - Javi, was responsive, professional and polite. This place is an absolute gem!

During my stay at Servatur Green Beach, I was captivated by the stunning view the hotel offers. The apartments, well-equipped with functional kitchens, provided a cozy home-away-from-home feeling. The pool, well-maintained and spacious, offered relaxing moments under the sun. The cleanliness was somewhat satisfactory, with room for improvement.

The apartment was huge and had the most amazing view of the pool and the sea and had plenty of wardrobe space with a nice big bath and a separate shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was also huge with loungers/table and chairs and the apartment overall was cleaned regularly and to a very high standard. The pool was beautiful and the pool bar was great with really friendly staff-the menu there had a very good selection. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water. The hotel itself was very secure.
