The whole experience was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful with nothing seeming too much trouble. We had our own terrace which overlooked the pool area which for a hotel of this size was awesome, with spa type facilities and loungers. There was a communal kitchen which was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A simple Spanish style breakfast was available which was excellent value at €4 pp. We were traveling by motorbike and parking was also excellent value at €5/day (Cars €10). Will definitely use again if we visit Mérida in the future.

The hotel is really nice and clean. Beautiful and stylish hotel, you can feel the luxurious feeling. The meals were really good and with variety. The breakfast buffet was really nice and completed. The rooms were impressive, plenty of space, nice bathrooms, extraordinary shower. The beds were really comfy , helping to relax. All the staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

We enjoyed everything! The appartment is gorgeous, it exceeded our expectations! The terrace is so comfortable with a wonderful view. The host was attentive to our needs, he even gave us a cute bed for our baby! We totally recommend this place and it's sure you won't regret it!
