Everything about this property is unusual compared to the other in Spain. It is well taken care of and has an attention to detail. The place is beautiful and comfortable. They provide milk, oil, salt, a welcome basket with biscuits, jam, pate, Nesquick, and coffee capsules for 4 and 2 0.0% 🍺 beers. The self-check-in process is easy, and the neighbours are all very friendly. We were only there for the night, but they were kind enough to show us how to access the key box. The next day, another neighbour told us the best way to get out of town. A couple of minor hiccups. The paté is already open and oa moudly. I suppose they missed this one. I couldn't seem to connect to the internet

Beautiful local home, fully equipped as a real home from home. Tastefully designed with modern facilities but encorporating original stone features of the property. Peaceful, beautiful location from which to explore both the city sites and local mountain walks of Extremadura. Maria is an excellent host. Easy to contact and very helpful. Montanchez is a lovely village with a castle and walks, local bars and restaurants.

The room was very attractive with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had an amazing granite basin as a sink. The communal space was practical and attractive. We enjoyed the help yourself breakfast and excellent homemade cake. The area was authentic and peaceful with easy on street parking. The host was very helpful and provided excellent information. This made our stay perfect and special. The location close to Trujillo and Cáceres is ideal.
