Super clean, big, nice location. The hotel has so many additional spaces. I’m over satisfied. We booked room for 3 people with 2 beds and sofa. But they give us for free one extra bed, which was super nice

Great welcome at the reception when we arrived. A welcome drink was served, and we got a free upgrade to a junior suite that was such an amazing surprise for us travelling with the teens! The food at this hotel was simply amazing, everything was very tasty and fresh. There was a great variety of food, fruits, and desserts at the buffet restaurant, incl ice cream bar and chocolate fountain. Alcohol was limited to lunch and dinner, where you could get a maximum of 3 units of red, white, or rose wine, or beer. More alcoholic beverages could be purchased at the bar. The beds in the room were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Even though there were lots of people, there were always available sunbeds by the pool area. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and with a great attitude. We loved everything! There is a bus station right outside, and the bus nr 25 will take you straight to Palma downtown for 2 EUR (cash only!). Would recommend taking your own beach towels since the hotel takes a deposit of 10 EUR pr towel if you need to borrow one. The taxi cost around 20 EUR from the airport to the hotel.

We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. It was our first time in Palma and really everything was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, attentive service during mealtime, great selection of food (breakfast and dinner), nice ambience of the room and hotel in general. As an addition, bus stops are located in a walking distance and very easy to get into the centre of Palma, shopping centre (FAN) and Airport as well.

The hotel was spotles, seemed brand new and was in the best location on the beach of playa palma. The breakfast (7.30-10.30) was really good including slighty different hot and cold dishes every morning. I especially liked the juice squeezed from fresh oranges. We had half board, so we also had dinner (18.30-21.30) at the hotel. Every evening there were different dishes, some were really good such as stewed meat dishes. You could also ask the chef behind the counter to fry meat or fish. The staff (especially in reseption) was extremely nice, helpfull and friendly. We felt really welcome during the whole visit and even after check out. Because our flight was in the evening we were allowed to leave our luggage in storage and use the hotel until then. We were also able to use the shower in the spa downstairs before going to the field. This beautiful stylish hotel is right on the beach. There is 2 pools, one in the roof terrace and the other in front of the hotel with easy access to the beach. They also provided beach towels for a deposit (10€)

We stayed in Penthouse which is on the 6th floor and has a jacuzzi on the roof, sunbeds, umbrella and a table for to have a dinner or just to enjoy some aperitif🙂. Apartment is decent size. Bedrooms are small but the living room is spacious. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal if you prefer that. Huge dining table,big fridge,balcony from where you have entrance on the roof. Tv in every room. It has 2 bathrooms but no bide. Wievs are amazing, just sometimes you can hear planes taking off.

    almost everything was 100% ,very relaxed ,good facilities with space even though the hotel was full.all of the staff were amazing. good choice of food to eat . nice balcony and large room with a good sized bathroom. The bathroom hair dryer had broken and the maintenance fitted a new one with an hour,amazing speedy service.
