The hotel itself was beautiful, a fabulous setting with mature gardens and beautiful buildings. The location was absolutely perfect, only a very short walk to the beach and different restaurants and cafes. The only one minor issue I had was that I had seen some ants in the bathroom but I think this was because I was in the ground floor of the hotel.

    The breakfast was ideal, and a lot of choice. The pool and surroundings were excellent, and seemed to be just enough space as it is high season.. The room was comfortable but maybe a little basic. Felt that you could’ve put water in the fridge when you first arrive. The bathroom is very good and modern but no option to keep water in the sink.

    Excellent: Location, lovely pool area and nice looking resort. Lady who does the manicures. Good: Food at pool bar. Staff friendly, lovely and relaxed. Good size car park. Gym and spa. Bathroom is nice (better than room). Bath robe and slippers, fruit welcome gift all nice touches. Overall the excellent and the good outweigh the neutral and negative. I'm a little irked that this is a premium place at £200-300/night though and it should be better. I could perhaps overlook it if the bed scenario was resolved.
