I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, professional, and always attentive to every detail. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their kindness and courtesy made a real difference throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the pool: beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Whether you’re looking to unwind or take a refreshing swim, it’s a real gem. Overall, an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Truly one of THE Best experience. Right from beginning communication was excellent, staff were very helpful. Accommodation was super clean, large and airy. Mini bar a bit expensive, but let’s not forget hotel do have 5star. Food was exceptionally good and service was outstanding. Particularly tuna special was out of this world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and 100% I’ll be back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the hotel was in a very good location. We arrived very early in the morning, way before the check-in time but we were completely taken care of. We were able to shower in the gym, chill at the sun-beds beside the pool and keep our luggage in the storage room. We were even offered a 20 minute massage while we waited for our room. I have never experienced such good treatment by a hotel before. I booked it because of the cleanliness of the rooms but the whole experience was amazing. Well done Sun Ibiza Apartments.
