the location was marvellous.The surrounding, close to the castle and being able to walk in the ground early/late in the day, was magnificent. Excellent breakfast, the food in the restaurant was pristine.

Jean-Luc and Frederique made us feel very welcome. We were hot from cycling, so the orange juice and iced water on the terrace with views over the lake, were wonderful. The indoor pool, which we had exclusive use of, was refreshing and relaxing. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning on the cool terrace was superb and it was lovely to chat to our hosts more. Thank you for a lovely time.

A very spacious and tastefully decorated gite which comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days or longer. It was great to make use of the outdoor space and bbq in the evenings. The gite was a great base to visit the Loire Valley. Marie and Eric were very welcoming.

Patrick and Manu are excellent host! The guest house is super cozy. You can park your car safely and conveniently in a private yard. There is a room with a twin bed and another room with two single beds, also a full-equipped kitchen such that you can make coffee and breakfast. Moreover, there are several bikes in very good condition for you to ride to the Chambord castle in the morning! One thing you should notice is that the restaurants and stores in the town close early, so make sure you have everything you need before the stores close.

    The staff is very welcoming. The room was a bit small but perfectly clean and very comfortable. The place is by the Chambord castle inside a huge domain. It’s really relaxing to walk around and sleep in such a quiet place.

    Lovely hotel in the grounds of the Chateau. Tastefully decorated and very clean. A lovely cosy fire in the reception area awaited our arrival. A few individual shops and cafes just outside the hotel were a nice surprise. We bought tickets for the Chateau at the hotel reception. Beautiful views of the Chateau ........... romantic in the dining room in the evening. Parking - outside the hotel. Segregated from the Chateau parking with barriers. Lovely breakfast.

    The location is superb for closeness to the Chateau, a mere few minutes walk. Ample parking spaces and reception is manned 24/7. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves good food with friendly staff.

    The perfect place to stay for visiting Chateau Chambord with views to the magnificent chateau round every corner. Meticulously clean, stylishly appointed hotel with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant served great food and wine. And staff from the front desk to the spa to the restaurant were professional, attentive and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

    Extraordinary location right opposite the Chateau, so that you can wander out after dinner and see it flood lit, or walk in the gardens early before most visitors arrive. The rooms are very comfortable rooms and the staff very welcoming and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was also excellent but unfortunately didnt have time to try out the spa.

    Really nice room. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Good bathroom Staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant for breakfast and evening meals was excellent, particularly the meal in the smarter restaurant, with great service Located with stunning views of the chateaux from some rooms and from the restaurant terrace......very relaxing. Private parking from the chateaux crowds. Local area very good for walking or cycling (rent from the hotel)

    loved the location and views to the chateau. the meal at Grand St Michel was exquisite ! (although the table service was not to the same high standard as the food quality). Relaxed ambience of the hotel was good

    We had a lovely stay at the Relais de Chambord! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room felt comfortable and luxurious with lots of little touches and attention to detail (although the room was slightly smaller than we were expecting). The spa area is lovely, especially the outdoor hot tub and sauna/steam room areas. The bar and restaurant were also great and we had a delicious meal there. Great location right next to the river and the Chateau! We would definitely go back if we were in Chambord again.
