The moment we entered the hotel, we felt like royalty. The reception desk officer was beyond polite, we got upgraded into a beautiful suite, got served complementary house cocktail, and enjoyed the room so much we decided to stay and order room service. Everything from delicious food, service, room and breakfast was beyond our expectations.

Amazing hidden gem is London, honestly found myself missing the place. Facilities are top notch and cleaning staff were amazing. Great large kitchen with plentiful food storage. Could use some more freezer space.

Great hotel, I had stayed on Christmas Day and it couldn’t be better, very clean, comfortable and spacious room, the restaurant serves a great food, and they have a late night service with pizza which was very helpful. Smoothie check-in, great staff, I would definitely recommend

Everything was impressive. We received excellent customer service even before we arrived. Rooms, restaurant, lobby and spa were all beautifully kept and clean. The visit was a joint birthday trip. We had an amazing stay at this property in Brixton! It had everything we were looking for—a relaxing and enjoyable escape. We made the most of both saunas and the hot tub, which turned out to be the perfect combination for ultimate relaxation. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept really well. Each room had a fan, which was a lifesaver during the warmer days. The cinema room is cozy and ideal for 3–4 people to enjoy a movie night in. At first, the area didn’t feel very familiar, but we soon realised it was perfectly safe as long as you’re respectful and relaxed. No issues at all. We also really enjoyed exploring Brixton—it has such a vibrant Jamaican vibe! Would definitely come back again.
