    Relaxed feel, with plenty of room in the public spaces. Loads of parking which was free at the weekend. 25 m pool was good, £5 per room extra charge, but the facilities were very good. Big room, good shower.

    Hotel location was great, loved walking over by the canal after dinner, nice view out of the window looking down on the water. Pool and spa area was great. Big rooms, comfortable bed, bath and overhead shower, ironing board. There was nothing not to like. A great stay.

    Clean facility, standard hotel with gym, swimming and spa. Authentic products. My room has one of the wireless charging adapters. Lake view. Option of private bar (fridge). Clean bathroom and lovely towels

    The room was spacious with fantastic sound proofing being on the canal side facing the busy pubs across the canal and with the windows closed it was silent, lovely bathroom and the bed was the comfiest I've slept in out of all the hotels I've visited. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

    It had an excellent facility such as Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna, gym and also swimming pool. I like the art decorations wall designed in the bathroom/toilet.

    Fantastic hotel from arrival met by friendly caring staff, hotel rooms beautiful spacious and clean view from window overlooking the waterfront beautiful spotless clean with large bathroom powerful shower or bath as have both , good ironing facilities and all the the soaps , shampoo and moisture plus more you want , with luxury biscuits etc just live it go often .

    The room was lovely, bathroom a bit dated but we didn't use it much as we went in the spa which had one of the nicest pools I've used, so warm. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna although small were very nice. Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant and on the front desk, they couldn't do enough. We liked the addition of the blankets in the restaurant as I always get cold. Food was great too, we're looking forward to coming back.
