The host met us when we arrived and was very welcoming and friendly. She offered advice about the area showed us around the room, including a few extra goodies that we probably would not have noticed that she not pointed them out. The room was immaculately clean, very quiet, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we got the best nights sleep we’ve had for several nights. The location was superb, the area around was totally charming inviting to walk around. Easy access to several different dining possibilities, and there was a Tesco express almost next-door. were very impressed and would definitely stay there again.

Loved everything about our stay. Staff all friendly. We even stayed an extra night. Ate twice downstairs in the bar out on the terrace. Tapas were amazing. Barman a great guy, made us feel very welcome even though he was run off his feet. Loved everything about our stay. Room and ensuite were huge.

Amazing location, it's in the prime location of Windermere and the walk is a stones throw. The property is immaculate, so clean and beautifully decorated.. then the hot tub is just a perfect addition.     The staff were really lovely. The room was a good size with a beautiful bathroom and a really comfy bed. Our two little dogs enjoyed pottering around the private garden, and we enjoyed our private hot tub. And the best of all, a fantastic breakfast served in your room. We'll definitely book again. It is a perfect place to relax and press pause for a while.

    Everything was fantastic hotel was absolutely beautiful like going back in time to stunning plush victorian hotels Room amazing we had front room with our own lounge and roll top bath Spa small and quaint but lovely warm pool and jacuzzi Food on 5 course evening meal was delicious Had lovely conversation with Brandon about wine thankyou for taking the time to make us feel so special All staff made us feel wonderful We will definetly book again Thankyou

    Wow! A fantastic room with a surprise upgrade. Wish we could have stayed longer to use all the facilities. Jacuzzi bath. Infra red sauna fully equipped kitchen, lounge area all in our room!

    The dog friendly Suite was exceptionally appointed. We enjoyed using all the facilities within; UV sauna and large jacuzzi bath were particular highlights. Breakfast was served with top quality produce and was delicious. Jackie was a superb host.
