The property is beautifully decorated and the hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful. They give me all information I needed to ensure I enjoyed my first visit to Portsmouth. The spa is amazing with very clean facilities. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

An impressive building, I felt that I was staying in an officers mess but informally. Staff very very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. I had a bar meal in the bar as I felt too casual for the dining room (probably wouldn't have mattered) and the food was very good and service good, not a huge range on the menu but quite sufficient and tasty. I wasn't there for breakfast as early ferry to catch, ferry port only 10 mins drive away and even I managed to find it!

The host, Carla was a delight to deal with, although we never met in person, she is an excellent and helpful communicator. The caravan is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped, the bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfy, I got the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The instructions on finding the location were easy to follow, the location itself was very quiet and relaxing. I have no hesitation in recommending this as somewhere to stay, and I'd be very happy to stay here again.
