The hotel is brand new and the room was tastefully decorated with modern furniture. Cleaning is spotless, breakfast is always rich, including a wide selection of things you could choose from. What's more important, the staff was really kind and helpful towards our needs. Many thanks to Beka and Tea, who did their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasurable. Also, the location is great, as it's situated close to the attractions in Mestia, while still being really quiet.

Very cozy and lovely family guesthouse right in the heart of Mestia. Amazing value for the price and perfect location in city center. Attentive host, comfortable warm rooms and kitchen access was very nice. Beautifull sunsets/sunrises with Tetnuldi view. Really recommended to everyone 🫶 P.S. Keep in mind its a family house full of energy and liveliness so it might get loudier at times 😉😊

We liked everything about this place. Hospitality, Ambience, Place, Food, Rooms. Everything was best. We stayed here for 3 days and and George was extremely helpful with everything that we needed. The rooms were extremely clean and Breakfast was amazing. George's hospitality was the best. This is the best hotel and resort in full of Mestia. Owner is also very nice and he let us do Gardenning showed the place around.
