For the location to the staff, it was a perfect stay for us. We had an early check out, and they prepared a breakfast box for us. That was really sweet. We had some request and last minute cancellations (spa), that were well taken into consideration. We had a sea view room and it was magnificent.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the property, particularly the exceptional team. They were welcoming, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible service. The views were enchanting, and the pool was a delightful addition. The breakfast was also remarkable. We highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway in Crete. I suggest renting a car for convenient travel to the city and nearby attractions in other towns around Chania.

Staff were extremely attentive, anticipated everything when we went on day trips, checked in late due to our flight times and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! This is the perks of staying in a boutique hotel. The room, restaurant, and pool were all incredible. We will be recommending to friends and family and hope to be back again!

What a gem! Loved staying in this place. Very clean, right in the middle of the old town. Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Stay in room 1, loved being out on the balcony with a cuppa - living the Chania dream!

This Amazing newly refurbished hotel is secluded and on the waterfront but close enough to Chania ‘s Old Town and Harbour .The views and the sound of the gentle waves below make it a truly exceptional choice for a holiday break. The staff are ALL so polite and accommodating especially the two brothers Yannis and Nectarios who even offered to drive us , in turns, to Elefonisi beach and Rethymno a must during your stay in Crete. The hotel boasts all the perks possible ,with a steam room in each suite. The atmosphere at dinner time on the waterfront is relaxing and definitely the Best Restaurant in this area.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location Spotlessly clean and as comfortable as could possibly be. Wonderful staff go above and beyond to make sure you need nothing We spent 8 nights there and loved every minute of it and would happily return again . We also checked out some of our other hotel considerations and this was definitely the best choice we could have made We highly recommend this gem of a hotel !

The Hotelroom was new and stylish. Everything was very clean and very nice arranged. Hotel Services where amazing, very friendly. We got a warm and kind welcoming. They offered us little sweets and tea when we early arrived. The room included modern stylish furnitures. We where very happy to stay and would recommand it everytime. A small very relaxing and nice hotel in the middle of Chania near the beach. Thank you very much for the nice and memorable stay at your beautiful hotel.

    The views were spectacular. The rooms were very spacious, and bathrooms super clean and large. The wading pools were great to spend time around and you could see all of Chania sitting on the edge of the wading pools enjoying a relaxing morning, afternoon or evening. The staff were friendly and there was a kitchen and laundry facilities. Will stay again. George was very friendly and helpful.

    The porter was the nicest man. He is the tall man and always smiling and helpful. All staff are helpful. Design within a heritage building amazing The 1hr complimentary use of the Hamman/spa was amazing if only it was heated. Love our room with a decking and outdoor jacuzzi. Beautiful large bathtub however the only way to have a minimal splash shower was to sit like a baby in a tub. 😆
