From the moment I arrived at Cycladic Suites & Spa, we were enveloped in luxury and warmth. The suite was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, featuring a private heated pool and steam room that provided the perfect relaxation after exploring the island. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views from my balcony was an unforgettable experience. The staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk from Fira’s vibrant center, yet it offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. Cycladic Suites & Spa exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and authentic Greek hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

We have stayed in Alaso design few days for few days, it is located in city centre which you have access to the square were many restaurants and shops are located, the hotel is brand new, almost one month old, , the interior design is very modern, the bed was very comfortable, there is Nespresso coffee machine you can enjoy your coffee every morning, breakfast was really good and fresh. The hot tube was beyond expectation! Hospitality was great especially Fya the receptionist, she took care of us so much, she booked for us cruise, buggy, Taxi and gave us a lot of tips about the Island, she is a great person thanks Fya for being such amazing host. If I go back to Santorini again I will book Alaso design again for sure, So I recommend it!

Athena, the villa manager, deserves a special mention for her exceptional service. She bent over backwards to ensure our every need was met, from helping us with reservations to providing invaluable local tips. Our lovely villa was well-appointed with three spacious bedrooms, each on its own level, ensuring privacy and comfort for our group. The elegant and tasteful decor created a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home We especially loved the two jacuzzis - one indoor and the other outdoor - which provided us with a rejuvenating experience after a long day of exploring. This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Fira, with a short walk to all good restaurants and amenities. The 3-minute walk to McDonald’s would be the pickup point for many excursions. The view from the room terrace is phenomenal, exactly like the photos. The hot tub is a nice feature, and the water is really warm! The room is well-maintained, clean, and cozy. Front desk staff, Simona, was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely come back for my next visit. Highly recommend to all.

Fabulous stay. Close to all shops and transport. Breathtaking views. Clean and neat. Our transport from the ferry communicated with the property to meet us for check-in. Check in was seamless. Staff were very helpful and arranged tours and airport transport on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. The best surprise was the fabulous breakfast delivered to you door daily.
