It is with great location - close to the beach, walking area with reastaurants and a bus stop. It has the Santorini spirit, which i really loved. It is clean, rooms are spacious and well equipped. I recently stayed at Villa Agas and had a really comfortable experience. The room was great, especially with the AC and light-blocking doors, which made a huge difference in the sunny weather. The location is super convenient – just a 10-minute walk from the main area, and the bus stop is literally a minute away, so getting around was super easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They even let us store our luggage at the reception after checkout, which was a big help! If you're looking to rent a quad bike, motorbike, or car, the host can assist with that too. Overall, a great stay!

View, excellent Our room was spectacular and big with a hot tub but unfortunately our electricity kept going about 3 times a day so we had no air con when this happened and the hot tub kept breaking on a daily basis. For a hotel breakfast was extremely poor, menu very limited and dinner and lunch menu extremely disappointing

The view from our room overlooking the sunset with a giant window were the best we've seen!! Would book again for that alone. Some of the decking spots where you can relax and watch the ocean are spectacular. The staff were very friendly. Nice pool and lovely spa area.
