The receptionist was very kind and showed proactivity to solve problems. The breakfast was included and delicious, it is all you can eat with good quality! The facility was extremely clean. The jacuzzi and sauna were working properly.

The room was exceptional and the staff very attentive so they noticed the following day was my husband’s birthday and they sent us a sparkling wine on ice together with a Happy Birthday card. Small and kind actions really make a difference. We will surely choose to return to Auris in the future.

The property was perfect for weekend gateway and relaxation. Everything was clean and it was not crowded so we used pools and slides a lot without waiting. It has a lot of slides and pools so it is never boring. Everything was clean we had our bathrobes and clean towels everyday. As guests of hotel we could have used spa and aqua park for the whole day. Spa was also spacious and nice for relaxing. Everybody in the hotel were nice and food was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast with a lot of choices. It was a lot of fun, especially coming with family because it offers pools and slides for kids and adults.

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel, simply perfect, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, the breakfast is as varied as the dinner, the dinner was Oktoberfest themed, so we could taste a variety of Bavarian delicacies. Parking is free, secured and huge. The hotel's SPA is excellent, the hydromassages, saunas and jacuzzi are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and always available. St. Elizabeth Thermal Bath are excellent, especially healing pools. Great massages.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Hagymatikum spa. The room was nice and the breakfast was great.

Camping house is very comfortable and very clean. Staff is very nice and proffesional, speaks English well. I had few questions before arrival, all were answered straight away. We are very grateful to the Staff for their help and making us feel very welcome there. Thermal bath and pools are situated just outside the gate, with easy access to them. Shop and playground for children are just around the corner. There is a grill in the camping, free to use for everyone, so you can prepare a meal there. We had absolutely fanstastic time and we will definitely be back again.
