We liked everything! This has been our best stay ever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful, calming and not too busy. The sauna is also a good touch. The breakfast was extraordinary with so many options. The morning we weren’t able to make it to breakfast because of our climb to Mount Bromo, the concierge had breakfast for us ready the night before for us to take away. When we left we had the best help from the concierge to send one of our suitcases to send off to our next accommodation. Every single staff member was super friendly and always willing to help with everything. Thank you for this amazing stay!

I recently stayed at Harris Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Harris Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

    The location is just beside ciputra mall. The room size is acceptable but not much space to open the luggage. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. The bathroom are very clean and good lightings. The roof top swimming pool is stunning.

    I loved being welcomed by a wonderful check in person. I loved the room. I loved the view from the room. I loved the super comfy big bed. I loved the spaciousness of the room. I loved the huge shower head in the shower. I loved the bathroom supplies. I loved the restaurant for our meal. I loved the buffet breakfast that was included. I loved the peacefulness of the Koi pond near the restaurant.

    On arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, which was unexpected. The suite was fantastic, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. The staff are great they are so welcoming and do everything to make your stay special. The hotel has all the amenities you need, a nice restaurant, a large swimming pool and spa. The grounds within the hotel are very peaceful and well kept, and the hotel has kept its old charm. Overall the hotel was very good value for money, certainly go back if in surabaya.
