I had such a wonderful stay , the stuff it’s amazing and super fried especially Komal from reception. They were super nice and they even upgraded me for free to a suite fact that made my stay even more comfortable. Rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful . Spa was very good and They have a very nice Asian Restaurant downstairs with delicious food . Next time when I’m in Bangalore or travel around I will definitely choose Conrad . After booking I found some negative reviews which made me a little nervous. However, it is an excellent hotel in a good location. The room was large and comfortable with a bath and walk in shower. When I had a problem with the tv, maintenance arrived immediately and sorted it out. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. I dined in both restaurants and the quality of food and service was very good, and good value. Fabulous selection at the complimentary breakfast. The pool area was spotless and tidy and a large pool. The hotel arranged a car and driver for me for a trip and all went smoothly. Both check in and check out was fuss free and rapid. All the staff, from reception, maintenance, restaurant servers and room cleaners were polite cheerful and made me feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's an amazing property giving a feel of staying in a palace. The staffs were so courteous. Perfect stay. The room service and breakfast were great as well.
