Very beautiful and comfortable guesthouse just 10 minutes by car from Akureyri. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! A perfect place to relax and meet other people !

Staff was very friendly and helpful, we even got the room a bit earlier than normal check-in because one of us was sick and needed rest. Breakfast was good, room cleand and nice. Some nice extras like free use of jacuzzi, bathropes and slippers in the room.

    This is a wonderful guesthouse. The room, bathroom, and living space was great. The hot tub was an extra bonus which we enjoyed. The host provided a fantastic breakfast and was extremely friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her on our travels. The guesthouse is a 10 minute drive from town. Recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, preferably longer than our 1 night.

    Great place and perfect hosts! We really felt like at home, the house is very clean and everything was curated in every detail: from the (superb) breakfast, to the room/house forniture, from the hot tub (that we could use) to the attention for details and care for the guests. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the genuine welcoming attitude and chats with the hosts.

    Unbelievably nice guesthouse. We've booked 3 rooms and effectively had a portion of the house to ourselves, including the bathroom. The hosts are lovely people, the terrace with a hot tub is a perfect place to relax and the breakfast is one of the best I've had.

    - Very lovely and helpful couple. The nicest people, which we have met in Iceland <3 - Excellent breakfast, which is prepared freshly every morning by Hrefna - Only 10 minutes drive from Akureyri - Hot tub, which is filled up with fresh water every day - Very nicely decorated and super clean house - Quiet location, relaxing atmosphere and nice surroundings We would definitely return here for a little bit longer stay. Only 2 nights was not long enough.
