We booked this accommodation at short notice, we arrived in a thunderstorm with touring bikes. booking.com had screwed up where we were supposed to be staying and did the same thing here. Thankfully the host was absolutely brilliant. He opened up extra facilities for us that fully met our requirements. He let us store our bikes securely and he is a genuinely nice, humerous friendly person. In the morning he made sure that our bikes were readily available for us and wished us well for our onward journey. Things could have gone much worse, thanks to the poor systems of booking.com, thankfully there are nice, helpful people, like our host, who seem happy to help.

The place feels like a little corner of paradise, surrounded by greenery. It’s very comfortable and spotless, beautiful both inside and out. The host is friendly and welcoming. The surrounding area is decorated with so much love and care — it’s truly charming. Next time we would love to stay for several nights instead of just one.

A true 5* experience ! A wonderful, welcoming place to stay. Our room showed endless attention to detail illustrating impeccable taste, from the samovar kettle to the beautiful light fitting in the bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, served beautifully under the vine covered trellis. Local produce underlined Simonas ethical world view on sustainability. Everything was spotlessly clean, and serviced regularly. Many thanks to Simona, Giuliano, Maia and the team!

Serena and Simone are the perfect hosts! Before we arrived, Serena sent us directions for the propety and asked for any kind of food resrictions, which she remembered when we arrived. The place is the most beutiful, full of amazing views. The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable, and also the bathroom and shower (it's bigger than seem in pictures), and everything was very clean! There is also a nice yard with chairs outside that you can sit if the weather is nice. Nice and fresh breakfest with home-made jams, freshly picked fruits, wonderful cafe, eggs by request and more. It is very close to Orvieto by car (around 10 min). Serena and Simone helpled us with anything we needed, gave us great recommandations for restuarants and activities, and made us feel at home. We will defently like to return this place once in Umbria again.

The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy.

One of the nicest accommodations we've been to. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax by the beautiful pool away from the noise. All employees are super friendly

The property was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. A typical winding Tuscan road to get there, but the view from the property was spectacular. Giorgio was a fantastic host, and everything from the immaculate room to the beautiful breakfast area was top-notch. Highly recommended.
