From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We were happy we found combination of great hospitality and a beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and very attentive. the facilities were incredible, specially the pools and the spa. The dinner and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety of options. And the garage was very convenient for the car. We will definitely repeat when going back to the Dolomites.

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at a remarkable hotel in Castelgrotto and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, I was warmly greeted. I requested an early morning taxi pick up for the following day and they made me tasty lunchbox to go because I would miss out on their breakfast. The dinner I had was outstanding. The service was impeccable. The spa was so relaxing. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The location near the ski slopes, the helpful staff, and the variety of amenities like the outdoor pool and spa make it a great choice for a getaway. The free bus tickets to nearby attractions like Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena are definitely a bonus. Strong recommendation for the hotel!

Fabulous Hotel recently updated in 2018 with modern finishes. Everything was amazing - the Staff was over the top friendly and helpful, the bar area with fireplace and expert mixologists exceptional, nice afternoon tea, beautiful views, delicious restaurant for breakfast (need to book ahead to seat for dinner @30 euros/pp/4 courses, spa exceptional with heated pool, lounge, massage and rooms big with wonderful showers, toiletries (hyaluronic lotion) and wonderful outside area with hot tub, outside fire pit and balconies to view the mountain scape. We will return to stay here and spend more time in Castelrotto - a wonderfully idyllic location for experience and close proximity to ski slopes.

We loved the location of Villa Gabriela and the exceptional friendly service. This is a family run property with an eye for detail. Gabriela, Michelle and Daniel went the extra mile to make this one of our best stays. The breakfast menu with homemade bakeries was every morning an absolute delight. We loved enjoying our breakfast outside on the terrace with an uninterrupted view to the Seiser Alm. After a day of hiking we came back to the Villa treated to a wonderful sauna and delicious 5 course meal with an excellent wine menu. Thank you Gabriela for an unforgettable stay.

    We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the SPA was absolutely magnificent, providing a wide range of treatments and a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The rooftop terrace was another highlight, offering stunning views and a great place to unwind. The hotel also boasts a large underground garage equipped with Echargers, which was very convenient. The breakfasts and dinners were decent, with a variety of options that were very nice and healthy.

    everything, from friendly & helpful receptionists to impeccable amenities and cleanliness. Particularly liked the high quality of the restaurant (tried both break fast and dinner), and the spa area with the rooftop pool and the saunas and relax areas (perfect after a day of skiing). The hotel is also situated an 8min drive from the nearest cable car in Siusi.

    Breakfast was ok. Same every morning good but no chamges and no vegetables. The room was very spacious. Great beds and furniture. The Spa especially the jacuzzi were very nice. Would have been great of the jacuzzi would be surrounded by glass and not wood so the wonderful view of the mountains would be accessible. The village Castlerotto is very cosy and nice. The lobby amd the bar were veery nice too.

    Great location to the Alpe D Siusi slopes. Small but enough wellness department with jacuzzi, sauna, steam, relaxing area and refreshments drinks for free. Easy parking in front of the building. Cleanliness was immaculate, bed linen was changed everyday. Breakfast was simple but great. Idana the bartender-waitress-receptionist was always helping us around with a big smile. Thanks for all your help.

    This hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of Castelrotto with convenient access to local public transport and chair lifts. The hotel is well-established and the family owners are closely associated with its day-to-day management which is relaxed, friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well -appointed. The cuisine is excellent with ample choice both at breakfast and dinner. We look forward to our next visit
