When we arrived after a long drive, Simone met us at our car in order to show where our parking place was. He took us to our room and showed us how to operate everything. The room was thankfully air conditioned. The entire building has been recently renovated and everything is spotless and new. Simone gave us walking and driving directions to the beach and brought us a huge bottle of water for our fridge. The beach was amazing. Our host was very generous with his time, and spoke great English.

Wonderful hosts, both Giullia and her daughter were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic (especially the home made tart) and Gragnola is a lovely, medieval village. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

The apartment was very well equipped and large. It really exceeded my expectations. With the occasional car wizzing past, it is rather noisy if you have the windows open, but the quality of the apartment makes up for this. We have throughly enjoyed it. It has two bathrooms, which is very helpful if a family is trying to get ready in the morning. Very easy access to all major point. The outdoor BBQ is very helpful too. The host has left everything you need in the kitchen: key ingredient, condiments, towels, foil, everything. The cooking utensils are very many and we did not miss anything. Well done!
