Value for the money, kindness of staff, the view. Go for for a better room with the stunning view. The spa centre which offers an unbelievable jacuzzi outdoor swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool offers also the same stunning view as the outdoor one. There are also different kind of spas. Full board recommended, the dinner is vast and delicious. The indoor parking (10E EUR a night) is suitable for cars with a low ground clearance even though the entering does not seem like that. Not sure if you can get with such a car to the second floor (first is just 4-5 parking spots) - I never had a problem with finding one on the first floor. Free outdoor parking is either in from on hotel or under the roof.

The hotel had such a welcoming and lovely vibe from the moment we arrived! The spa is brand new and such an amazing asset to the hotel. Location is great for hiking! Food was incredible - good vegetarian meals! Great parking in a secure garage. Room was very clean. Games room was a bonus! Overall, nice modern facilities and room but with a family welcoming feel!

What a great place.. all pieces are falling together when you arrive. From the moment you check in till the day you leave , you have the feeling they are taking care of you.. the staff is really engaged, the breakfast is so good, te rooms are cost and well equipped. We were there for skiing, next to our own box for the equipment it was the shuttle service that made the different.. whenever you wanted to leave or come back it was never a problem. Also the wellness was an extra perk, after a day skiing it was great to relax in the sauna. Parking your car and in our case charging the EV all was possible. From booking to being there was really a pleasure.. we will surely be back.

    Everything is exceptional here. We had a great experience there which made us stay one more night. We got a free upgrade on the room, spa is amazing (except the part with naked people, but that is not the hotel:), but the sauna, the swimming pool the relaxing area… just great. Breakfast fabulous and they have lots of entertainment activities.

    Amazing breakfast with local yoghurt and cheese. Freshly squeezed orange juice as well! Beautiful sauna, Turkish bath and wellness facility in addition to outdoor jacuzzi. Helpful and welcoming host Romina and family to provide great recommendations. Central location to the dolomites.

    pools, wellness, spa area, exceptional food especially dinners, excellent afternoon snacks, attentive staff, hotel has own vans to take guest to ski lifts which are 3 minutes drive away, garage at no extra cost, nice ski depot with own boxes, a nice touch was a meet and greet coctail on the 2nd night with plenty of good food, drinks and live music, good snacks and fruit in the spa area, super soft bath robes, windows are good and fully block the traffic noise from outside.
