We were very well received. The situation overlooking the Maggiore lake is exceptional. The breakfast is varied and they are always looking to please us. Also, the hotel is five minutes drive from the boat to Borromeo islands.

Very easy to check in. Nina explained everything using a translation app and was very straightforward. The bathroom was new with a strong shower and the Air conditioning in the room meant we had a good nights sleep. It is located next to a forest which was super for walking the 2 dogs. The breakfast was also pre-organised by Nina so we were quite independent and there was a good selection of bread, eggs, croissants and yogurt.

Beautifully located hotel right on the lakeside promenade, close to the city center and the boat dock for island trips. There is a lovely pool available, and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast was abundant with a wide selection. There is nothing to complain about.
