Every single member of staff goes way beyond the call of duty to offer the best possible level of service. This is combined with a genuine eagerness to please. Small kindnesses.     Beautiful hotel, with stunning lake views. The staff were always so friendly and were always on hand for anything we wanted. They offer a complimentary shuttle if you don't want to walk the hill to and from town. The spa area is gorgeous, even though we only used it once and the pool area is so relaxing looking over the lake. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning, they offer healthy food choices and a gluten free selection too.

    Magnificent , indescribable views, beautiful modern decor and landscaping which were very much appreciated after traveling through Italy. The restaurant/bar and pool were amazing and the spa is next level. Our room and bed were extremely comfortable and large enough to relax. The staff were professional and also friendly and attentive.

    I can absolutely recommend Villa Cliva, if you visit Limone. The place is lovely, quite spacious, totally spotless, the owner works hard everyday to keep it immaculate. The apartment is well equipped from all persective, there is even a private pool and a jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The accomodation offers balcony with a fabulous view to the lake and mountains. Mattia is a kind person, has plenty of recommendations regarding places to visit! I would surely stay here again, if I come to Limone.

    Stunning location overlooking the lake, incredible breakfasts (including lots of fresh fruit, and vegetables!), plenty of sunloungers, jacuzzi rooms are lovely and large with a separate sofa bed area, nice pool although a bit cold even when hot weather! Hotel is modern, nice decor and very clean

    We loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious with so adorable view at the beautiful houses at the hills. Not too many rooms at the hotel so you never felt like it was crowded. The staff at the hotel is one of a kind. The breakfast was really good and the view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the Spa and the hot tubs - clean and relaxing. Next time in Limone we will book this hotel again.
