This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. Wonderfully atmospheric, furnished with antique furniture that has been in the family for generations. Fantastic outside space including a terrace with great views. Delicious breakfast including home-made jams, fruit from the garden and eggs from their own hens. Elisabetta and Vittorio were brilliant hosts, providing really interesting information about the history of the house, suggesting places to visit, and booking local restaurants for us. Definitely want to come back again.

This is the second year I've travelled through Puglia on bikes with my family. Once again, we stayed at the beautiful Relais Santa Rosa, where the owner family gave us a warm welcome. The Santa Rosa is a beautiful, renovated palazzo in the middle of the historic town centre of Noci. The rooms are impressively designed and have high ceilings. Quiet, cool nights await guests. Coffee table books are laid out in the lobby and reception. The breakfast buffet is extensive. I can only say again: thank you very much, also for the fact that we were able to store our bicycles again. There is much more to mention, such as the kindness of the owners in giving me a book and sending it home to me. Thank you for that and see you again next year!

    What a special place! Beautiful location immersed in the countryside but an easy drive to Alberbello, Locorotondo and the coast. We loved exploring the grounds, and meeting their horses, dogs and cats. Sleeping in our trullo was wonderful. Lovely decor, comfortable bed and spa bath. Great breakfast. The couple who runs Materiis are friendly, and welcoming. They also gave us great suggestions for visiting the area. We hope to go back!
