Everything was super. The property was special, very well decorated and beautiful. The owners father looked after us throughout our stay via google translate. It is 5 minutes from the escalator that can take you to the top of Spoleto.

Very cute, well located farm with all the amenities you need for a relaxing summer vacation. From several sportive activities (e.g. pickle ball, beach volley ball, basket ball, pool and more) to multiple visiting options around (cities, nature, hiking..whatever you like) you can find everything. Niccolo and his staff are taking good care of their guests non-stop, fulfilling any request and giving advices whenever wished for. An absolute highlight is the 4 course dinner that chef Viviana is cooking every evening (starter plate, primi, main and desert). All drinks are included and you really will miss out amazing traditional and homemade food if you decide to not join! You can't eat or don't like certain food? They got you covered. The products are from their own farm/garden. Afterwards you can relax on your balcony with an amazing view or in your super comfortable bed. If you would like to have a drink on the terrace instead, also fine- the lounge chairs and the pool bar are waiting for you. The room itself comes with an aircon, a hairdryer, a kettle, a safe and a small fridge. For dog owners: your furry friends are warmly welcomed everywhere and can stay with you all the time. (Just the donkeys don't really appreciate them ;) ).

We had the most amazing time at this place! We were both feeling a little bit under the weather and the staff did everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible, they even made us soup and brought it to our room and refused to take any charge for it! Can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful rooms superbly detailed, and perhaps most importantly, very good mattresses. Warm, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Excellent, high quality breakfast with locally sourced and home baked delicacies exquisitely presented. Aesthetics rule the premises. Imagine unique museum-level wall paintings from the 13th century in the main hall! Simply breathtaking. We will be back, I promise!

The place is magical and the staff even more wonderful and so open to help and adjust. We arrived late and the manager and chef prepared what they called a simple dinner. It was so much food and so delicious that we couldn't stop eating. On top you have all kinds of animals on the farm and a donkey that walks with you around like a dog. To crown all this, the price that is more than fair. Dinner for 2 with wine costed 60 Euros.
