even if I was late with check-in, the host was very understanding. Due to an error at the reception, our room was allocated to another guest, but the problem was solved with great professionalism and we received a bigger room for the same price. we had a beautiful spacious room with a balcony and a view directly on the square. for an additional fee of €50, we used the excellent private wellness. the overall impression exceeded our expectations. we used it for a sleepover on the way home and we are thinking that we will return there one day and stay longer.

As we were running late for check in, the hotel management called us to make sure everything was okay. When we arrived, we were accompanied to our room and given a tour of the beautiful suite and facilities. It was a perfect spot from which to explore Sappada on foot. We were offered suggestions on dining in the area, given a map with a suggested walking itinerary as well as some interesting history on the village. We really enjoyed the 24 hour breakfast as well.
