The location is a bit hard to find and a surprise as it is in an industry park.. The room is simply perfect and the kindness of the owner is superb. Limited rooms but recommended if you are in the surroundings of Aprilia

We arrived at midnight. You were informed about your late arrival. I was met and escorted by Edoardo (thank you!). The apartment has everything! In the morning you can drink coffee on the open balcony, with a beautiful view of the city! 3-5 minutes to the station. The train to the Basilica S. Paolo station takes 35± minutes. Cafes and pizzerias on the next street. 3-5 minutes until carefour. We are very pleased! Thank you! Edoardo was always in touch and helped us, told us everything, thank you!

There is not place like home but as everyone knows but what I liked about the property is I felt like home! I really enjoyed my stay as I was with my 1 year old son.the place was very quiet and peaceful for someone who wants to scape from crowded.the owner was so kind and caring as for example the day of check in the room was warmed up for which I really appreciate;) yeah I really enjoyed being there I recommend.

Staying at this villa was truly a five star deluxe experience. I’ve stayed in many top tier hotels around the world, but this place genuinely felt like a royal suite not just a room or an apartment.
