Everything was amazing! Amazing and friendly staff, very nice big room and amazing breakfast.Close to everything and with an amazing bar just by the entrance. This boutique hotel is sublime. We stayed in room 112 (The Moorish Suite) with the canal-view balcony and couldn't be happier. The hotel's decor and signature scent are elegant and memorable. The staff goes above and beyond to make every moment enjoyable. They were also knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. The hotel is located in a quiet corner of Venice amidst galleries and residential housing. The Traghetto and Vaporetto stops are nearby. We were greeted by the very personable hotel owner and welcomed with a round of drinks. The traghetto to St. Mark's Piazza costs about 2 Euro a person and is about a block away... a much cheaper option than the Vaporetto. We chose to walk everywhere, but remember that doing so puts you about 25-30 minutes from certain areas as the Grand Canal only has three bridges. The hotel's restaurant recommendations were excellent. Breakfast is a la carte, and you can order from a long list of options. Everything was delicious. We will stay here again in the future.

3 x great: host, apartment and location. The host gave us the keys and explained everything, gave us recommendations about transport to Venice, about restaurants and free time activities. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five + small dog. I wish we could stay longer in this great place.
