Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

The most beautiful room decoration and facilities within our trip to the area. Very nice indoor pool, which also has an exit out to air, Sauna (dry and wet), slippers etc. Most worth mentioning is David, the staff member who welcomed us when we arrived in the evening and also in the day after -, explained everthing with patience and smile, kept the pool open after formal hours, so we could enjoy it after a long drivel, and even assisted with ordering us a table at a recommended restaurant (it was delicious!). Super nice - David, thank you!!

    amazing view , and relax areas. The lounge and restaurant views and services were very satisfying. especially must say about spa procedures I have done : massage and body treatments were done in a very professional way by Terapist Afrodite (her name).

    the staff super friendly. once we arrived they even upgraded our room ☺️ (with mountain panoramic view). The rooms super clean. Loved the spa and the pool (indoor and outdoor). Dinner was excellent ( I booked half board ). They even gave us a go away gift (local honey) ! loved it 😍 A wonderful relaxing weekend
