Nao and his team were amazing hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious, they made restaurant reservations for us and looked up train schedules to our next destination. We stayed in a superior chalet which was new and very comfortable. The communal lounge area was spacious and relaxing with a great selection of beer, wine and whisky drinks purchase, board games and nintendo for the kids. Really clean and comfortable spaces, lovely lounge to relax at the end of the day, well equipped with games and activities.
