MalaysiaThe owner, Suzuki-san and his wife were very kind and friendly. We arrive at their hotel late and did not reserve dinner. Sadly all the restaurants in the area were closed. Suzuki-san was so kind he gave me and my family each a small dinner of rice with meat and veg to eat, free of charge. He and his wife prepared a very delicious and healthy breakfast for all of us in the morning. His hotel is like a beautiful country home. Very quiet and relaxing.

CanadaBeautiful surroundings by a ski hill, in a gorgeous remote area with a nearby lake and creek/falls. The hotel is very nice, I would return without hesitation. Nice, big, comfortable room, nice beds (on the firm side) with great linen and comforters. Nice Onsen bath 🙌🏽. The dinner and breakfast buffets were of good quality, with many delicious Japanese options. Great value for money. The staff was super nice everywhere, from the doorman to the reception to the dining area staff. The lobby is very large and well appointed, modern and with large windows. So is the dining area.The hotel had many guests but it never felt crowded, it was not peak season though. The hotel offered several activities and free passes to the nearby chair lift to reach the top of the hill.

Large room with big curtains and very comfortable beds, could get excellent rest at night as it is also sound proof. Toiletries are very nice and room has a spacious bathroom.
Breakfast was very nice but I was missing a bit more western options. Onsen area had free massage chairs in front. Lobby is spacious with ping-pong table and there is a free walk and marshmallow roasting they offer daily. They also have a very nice souvenir shop.
All in all excellent place to come and charge your batteries and fully relax. I would like to come back.
