Breakfast was one of the best meals we had in Japan. Staff was friendly and was well versed in English and the Onsen on the roof was a really nice experience. 10/10 !

This was one of the best hotels I have experienced in my whole life. Every detail is thought about. Number one favourite thing for us was the garden. Absolute magic. We tried every restaurant in the hotel and each was exceptional. With two small kids, ages 5 and 2, this was the perfect hotel. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Space for 4 people (one bedroom plus a big living room with a second double bed). Separate bath and toilet. Well furnished, good communication with the host. Very good value. Approximately 12 min on foot to the next Metro Station. We do recommend this flat. One station to Ueno. Direct flight train to NRT from Ueno.
