I love how thoughtful the place is for families esp. preschooling children or younger. They had kids in mind in every aspect of the place. From rooms, to onsen, the pool and even a kids buffet spread.

It’s a nice and cozy cottage run by the owner himself. He welcomed us in person and very friendly. The cottage is only 5 minutes drive from the town center but very quiet and private. The house and yard is well equipped and decoration is fantastic. Loads of choices for children activities.

Amazing property so big and many facilities. The spa was incredible the best I’ve ever been to. Tattoo friendly onsen experience with around 15+ baths for men and women. Great hiking next to hotel and beautiful scenery

We stayed here to experience this amazing onsen town, to learn more about Japanese culture & to soak in the steaming mineral waters. We chose a traditional room with a futon bed (shikibuton) with makura, sleeping on the floor and embracing the opportunity to lounge in a yukata (cotton kimono) & of course, use the Grand Bath, which unlike the other hotels, was located onsite.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The onsen is humongous and there were so many baths to try. Location is perfect if you are staying at Noboribetsu. Facilities at the hotel are very comprehensive and they even have a games arcade at the basement.

My husband really enjoyed the baths, men’s open air bath has a hell valley view, which is amazing, baths are wide, of different types of water, he also enjoyed aqua park and pool, and open air jacuzzi. As for women baths - they are more simpler and not with such great views as men’s. They sell tickets to bear park with a discount, which is nice.

One of the best onsen hotels I've been in Japan. Very nice baths and super relaxing! Stayed in a Japanese styled tatami room and was spacious and clean. All you can eat buffet dinner and breakfast was also very good.
