Really clean and quiet. Free breakfast/dinner & drinks. Really helpful staff. Safe place to stay and a good option for anyone. Especially for solo travelers! Also had a pool and sauna available which was really nice.

Comfy hotel, room size is considered big (in japan's major cities). Breakfast was awesome, loved it. They have a free welcome drink (drinks fountain) available for check-in guests from 1400pm to 2300pm; the public bath (onsen) was awesome too.

The place was clean and comfortable. We liked how spacious it was, especially the shower room. There was plenty of hot water for multiple showers and baths. The beds were firm but softer than other hotels we’ve been to in Japan.
